Your listing is the first thing they see
When someone searches your name, Google and Apple Maps show a box with your hours, phone number, and directions. That box comes up before your website does.
Flagstaff, Arizona
We fix your Google and Apple Maps listings, build simple websites, and keep it all correct, so customers who search for you actually find you.
Takes about five minutes. You look with your own eyes. Nothing is sent to us unless you choose to send it.
Run by Rowan Brandenberg, in Flagstaff. Call or text (928) 863-8198.
I run RJ Labs here in Flagstaff. I am the person who answers the phone, reads your email, and sits down with you. There is no call center and no account manager. Just me.
Free check
We open a few searches for you. You look, and answer a simple question about each one. At the end you get a plain summary of what, if anything, needs fixing.
Want us to fix these for you? Free to look.
Leave your name and number and what you found goes straight to Rowan. Nothing else is sent.
Rather talk? Call or text (928) 863-8198, or email rowan@rj-labs.com.
You do not need anything from us. If something changes, like new hours or a new phone number, you can run this check again any time.
Email us your business name and town. Rowan will look and write back with what he finds. Free, and no obligation.
Or call or text (928) 863-8198.
Why this matters
And you would not hear about it. A customer who picks another place does not call to tell you why.
When someone searches your name, Google and Apple Maps show a box with your hours, phone number, and directions. That box comes up before your website does.
iPhones come with Apple Maps. Fixing your Google listing does nothing for Apple Maps, and fixing Apple does nothing for Google. Each one has to be checked on its own.
Google lets the public suggest changes to a business listing, like new hours or a different website link. If you do not control your listing, those changes can go live without you knowing.
A real example from Flagstaff
A local restaurant's Google listing had a Website button that sent customers to a gambling site instead of the restaurant's own page.
Our work
Real screenshots of live sites, not mockups. One is a local business we built for. One is our own app.

Free
We get your hours, phone number, address, and website link right on both, and make sure you are the one in control of them.
Why free? It is the easiest way for you to see how we work, with nothing to lose. If you want a website later, we are here. If not, you keep the fixes.
$249 to set up, then $50 a month
A clean website with the pages your business needs, on your own web address.
The $50 a month covers: changes whenever you need them, keeping your Google and Apple Maps listings correct, keeping the site online, and a real person to call.
Month to month. No contract, and you can stop any time. Everything stays in your name.
$500 to set up, then $75 a month
Everything above, plus a button that lets customers text you or book a time themselves, so you are not playing phone tag.
Bookings land on your phone and your calendar. We set it up and keep it running.
Your web address (like yourbusiness.com) is a yearly fee, usually around $10 to $20, that you pay directly to the company you got it from, in your own name. We never buy it for you or hold it for you.
Not sure which one you need? Call or text (928) 863-8198 and we will tell you straight, even if the answer is that you do not need us yet.
How we work
Your web address, your Google listing, your Apple Maps listing, your accounts, and your card are all in your name. RJ Labs never owns your web address. If you stop working with us, you keep all of it.
Google and Apple both let you give someone access to your listing from your own account. Google calls this adding a manager. You can take that access away whenever you want. That is how we get in. If anyone asks you for a password, say no.
At your shop, over coffee, wherever is easy. You will know exactly who you are dealing with.
We will tell you what we find. If everything looks fine, we will say so and that is the end of it.
